However, we would appreciate you submitting any questions you have via email rather than telephone as this often allows us to answer you more quickly. We often find time to answer correspondence at odd hours that wouldn't be welcome for phone calls, and we can usually be more thorough in writing.

Ordering

To place an order or inquire about a recent order please call 425-773-2997. If you reach our voice mail please leave a brief message detailing the nature of your call and provide both a return phone number AND an email address. We generally are available to answer the phone 8 am - 8 pm PACIFIC TIME weekdays, but we appreciate you leaving a message if we miss you.
