Please make sure you read through the different articles on the site and on sites linked to us as we receive hundreds of e-mails every month and we don't always have time to reply to them right away. Additionally, the Forum section of this site is the best place to ask a question. Since anyone who is a member can answer the comments are of varying degrees of accuracy, but many experienced keepers including us check in from time to time and provide valuable input. By asking a question there you help other keepers who might have similar concerns, and if we answer the response is public and of greater benefit than a private reply only you will read. Please direct your basic questions to the Forum.
