TWO IMPORTANT MESSAGES!
1. We will be in England May 15-20 to attend The British Tarantula Society 23rd Annual Exhibition. We will be unable to answer email or accept and ship orders during this time. Orders will be shipped on Monday May 12 and Wednesday May 14 and then not again until the last week of May.
2. After the England trip, Michael Jacobi will be moving home to Chicago and operating the sales and website for TARANTULAS.COM from there, while the breeding and shipping will continue to be handled from the Seattle area. All email addresses and phone numbers will stay the same and customer orders and service will be unaffected.

We sold out of our recent successful egg sac of this highly coveted species in only a few days. We have just hatched another sac of robust one-inch spiderlings that are now available in limited quantities for $159 each or 4 or more at $145 each.

Note: Tarantula sizes are approximate and are stretched diagonal legspans. Scorpion and centipede sizes are approximate and are total lengths. Wild-caught animals are denoted with "WC" - all other animals are captive bred. All are sold as "unsexed" [i.e., undetermined gender] unless otherwise specified.

  • Washington state residents must pay applicable sales tax. We regret that our retail sales are limited to shipping and occasional reptile shows only - local pickup and delivery is not available. Our parent company is a wholesale distributor to Seattle area pet stores. Please email for information about purchasing tarantulas from your local area pet store.
  • All sales are first-come, first-serve; we regret that we cannot hold animals that have not been paid in full.
  • Live arrival and satisfaction is guaranteed. We ship exclusively via UPS Next Day Air on Mondays and Wednesdays for arrival the following morning. Shipping averages $35, but additional fees may be necessary due to destination, winter packing and/or larger boxes. CONTINENTAL US SHIPPING ONLY for retail orders. Any claims of DOA must be substantiated with either photographic proof or return of remains at our discretion. It is your responsibility to contact us BY PHONE AT 425-773-2997 WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT and save dead specimens in the freezer until further instructed.
